Disc Feeder

Disc Feeder

The disc feeder provides a continuous, evenly distributed supply of materials to downstream equipment, ensuring that subsequent processes receive a consistent input.

Installation & Working Principle

Installed at the silo’s discharge port, the disc feeder operates by using a reducer to drive a rotating scraper. Gravity and the scraper work together to ensure that materials are uniformly discharged from the disc’s outlet.

Key Features

  1. Robust & Reliable Design:
A straightforward structure ensures stable performance and long-term reliability.
  2. Balanced Scraper Configuration:
Symmetrically arranged scrapers evenly distribute the load, preventing twisting or swinging of the base plate.
  3. Versatile Discharge Options:
Customizable base plates with multiple discharge ports allow for simultaneous, uniform material release.
  4. Anti-Arching & Anti-Bridging:
Specialized features prevent the formation of arches and bridges in powder materials, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted flow.
