Vibration Activated Hopper

The Vibration Activated Hopper is engineered to break arches and bridges in powder materials. Powered by a robust vibration motor, it delivers strong horizontal vibrations through a conical or spherical activator positioned at the hopper’s base. These vibrations decompose the excitation force into normal and tangential components—the normal force disperses through the material while the tangential force shears it—enabling a free-flow discharge akin to water.
